1. What does it do?

Our software works along with Trams® Back Office (part of the Sabre® Red™ travel solution). It significantly simplifies the process of managing received payments. It can shrink a whole day's worth of work into less than one hour! Its most noteworthy functionality is the following:

Here is a typical example which demonstrates the simplicity of the process:

  • When you receive a commission statement from one of your vendors, you just need to scan it.

  • The interface which allows you to process your commission statements looks like this:

Import Statement
  • Step 1: Import your commission statement by clicking the “Import Statement…” button (lower left corner). Our software automatically matches your statement records with Trams® Back Office data:

Suggestion
  • Step 2: You simply need to select the statement record that you want to process (at the top of the interface). I Want My Travel Assistant automatically detects the changes needed for your Trams® Back Office data to match. They are introduced as “suggestions” at the bottom of the interface. In our example, the statement record indicates that the vendor has payed a commission of $12.90, but the Trams® Back Office data exhibits a commission of $13.50. Our software rightfully suggests that we change it to the correct value, which is $12.90.
     

  • Step 3: This the last step, and it is quite simple, just click the “Apply Suggestion” button (lower right corner). This is where the magic happens; I Want My Travel Assistant automatically moves your mouse and pushes keys to make all the necessary changes within the Trams® Back Office interface. Nothing gets done behind your back!
     

  • Go back to step 2 and process another statement record. It really is as simple as that.

Conclusion: You do not have to decipher your commission statements, you do not have to manually select vendors, you do not have to scroll through layers of Trams® Back Office payment data, you do not have to figure out which Trams® Back Office dataset applies to your statement record, and you do not have to manually modify your Trams® Back Office data!

It is extremely simple to get started with I Want My Travel Assistant. Just install it and run it. No configuration is necessary. It just works, out of the box.

I Want My Travel Assistant seamlessly integrates inside your existing Trams® Back Office interface when you process received payments. You will notice additional buttons and controls when processing payments received (see inside the red rectangle in the following screenshot). To get access to the Commission Statement interface we have just described, click on the “star” button.

The search text box is another highlight of our software. The strenuous process of filling fields and querying for information is a thing of the past. You now only need to write fragments of what you are looking for. Our text box instantly provides matching data.
